Biography:Geoff Seeff is currently the constituency party's vice-chairman and chairman of its political sub-committee. He was the founder convener for the Redbridge SDP in 1981 and since the merger of the the SDP and LIberal parties in 1987 has been actively involved in the affairs of the party at both local and national level. He was the parliamentary candidate for Chingford and Woodford Green in 1997, the GLA candidate for Redbridge and Havering in 2000 and the Parliamentary candidate for Romford in 2005. He is married to Deanna, a schools counsellor, and they have two adult children. By profession Geoff is a chartered accountant and management consultant who has specialised advising on the economics of urban regeneration. Other fields in which he is particularly interested include corporate social responsibility, climate change and the arts.
